Jenner, 76, the Olympic gold medalist who transitioned in 2015, tells RadarOnline her passport continues to identify her as male despite legal changes. She says she worked with a law firm to update records down to her birth certificate, yet her passport has "repeatedly come back" listing her as male and she claims she "can't travel internationally anymore."

Executive Order Block?

The troubles reportedly began when President Trump signed Executive Order 14168, "Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government," which declares federal recognition of two sexes and that they are not changeable. Jenner believes the order has complicated State Department efforts to update her gender marker.
