Wilkins, 27, filed the complaint on May 29 in federal court in Tennessee against Versant Media Group (which operates MS NOW) and reporters Carol Leonnig and Ken Dilanian. She is seeking compensatory, special and punitive damages exceeding $75,000 and has requested a jury trial, alleging defamation and false-light invasion of privacy and claiming the defendants acted with actual malice. The filing calls the report "this was hogwash, and they knew it."
