Elba has long ties to The King’s Trust — he credits a grant at 18 for starting his arts career and serves as a Goodwill Ambassador. Weeks earlier he even DJed back-to-back with King Charles at a Buckingham Palace garden party marking The King’s Trust 50th anniversary, calling the moment “amazing.” The charity has helped over one million young people since 1976.
