Relationship and ceremonies

Philippos and Nina began dating in 2018 and married in 2020, with only parents present because of the COVID pandemic. They later held a Greek Orthodox ceremony on Oct. 23, 2021 at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens, attended by a circle of European royals and extended Greek family members.

Life and ties

Philippos, a godson of Princess Diana, and Nina have lived in New York City since 2018. In December 2024 the family accepted Greek citizenship and the surname De Grèce. Philippos works in finance and serves as a director for the Anne-Marie Foundation.
